Shipping policy

**Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please expect delays with your shipment(s). Estimation delays can vary between 2 to 12 business days

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for us to process your orders before they get shipped out. 

All orders will be shipped through Mon - Fri from either Burnaby, BC Canada or Coquitlam, BC Canada. Delivery estimation times do not include weekends, statutory holidays, customs/postal delays, or our order processing time.

Please keep in mind that if you are located in rural addresses and/or live in remote areas, additional delivery time may be required.

Standard shipping rates (3 to 9 business days):

  • Shipping within BC, Canada - Flat rate of $10.00 (max weight at 5lbs) and $12.00 (above 5lbs)
  • Shipping for rest of Canada - Starting from $14.00  (max weight at 5lbs)
  • Free shipping for orders $100 and up for both Canada and US.

**We have also included other courier options (eg Canada post) for higher priority if needed.

 

The following are estimation delivery times:

  • Shipping within Canada: 3 to 9 business days
  • Shipping to U.S: 3 to 5 business days

 

Local Pickup - BC Lower mainland only

If you are located in BC Lower mainland and would like to pick up your order, please reach out to us at sales@barkerboutique.com and we will provide a pick up location and time that will work best for you. Pick up is by appointment only.  

 

Shipping Terms and Conditions

We, Barker Boutique, are not liable or responsible for any lost or damaged goods once they have been shipped or in an event which is out of our control (within reason), this may include but not limited to, courier delays due to the pandemic, weather, etc.


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been provided upon check out as we are unable to change the address once the order has been processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address. It is also the customer's responsibility for any additional fees such as duty taxes, import or custom fees.
