Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and hair-free or unused, with hang tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We will not accept any returns if you do not meet all these requirements due to hygienic purposes. You’ll also need to include receipts/packing slips inside the return package. If you do not have an invoice/packing slip with you in the original package, please print the invoice that was emailed along with the order number. All our mailer bags are re-usable so you are welcome to re-use that same bag and utilize the second un-used adhesive tape.
Please note it is up to the customer to pay the return postage. As well, please do not ship back any return items to the address listed in the shipping label.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@barkerboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale items including items that were on promo at the time of purchase and gift cards are final sale.
Exchanges
Please note we do not accept exchanges at this moment. We would highly suggest you start the refund/return process and purchase a different item(s) instead due to our limited stock.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
